At the Randall Davey Audubon Center & Sanctuary the birds definitely think it’s spring. They’re making their appearance known and the air is filled with song. Soon the colors in the gardens will be vying with the songsters for attention. Along with everything poised on the edge of beginning, is the David Jay Henderson pavilion. Even with the loss of nearly a month’s work due to weather, construction has been moving along at a great pace. We have a roof over our heads, the portal is almost finished, brick coping is underway, and the exterior doors are installed. Next in line are the interior finishes. We’re looking at a completion date of mid-May.
